Family

This is a family, and they like to live in basement which is a quite place for all. Actually, it was a story which can give you a chance to use a brilliant style stop motion. However I could not finish the story. It is just a consept design as you see it...

Gymnopédies

Journal Entry: Thu Jun 11, 2009, 7:01 AM
The Gymnopédies, published in Paris starting in 1888, are three piano compositions written by French composer and pianist Erik Satie. [link]

When I listen the composition, I feel like a starfish..

Nine million words that I have had for thee
It has become a highiest result of my passion ever
..like a starfish that thee always say in our lives
yes, I know how thee love me, and it is true..
slow, slow down..lift my heart onto thy side
and keep my car ruby, in your beauty..

..And the last thing that I want to tell thee
A tree is growing up upon thy feet
just feel that thy need it
..And thee know there is always a scream
if one has a stunning dream..
..like a starfish..

How do you feel when you listen 'Gymnopédies'? Do you want to share it?

deviantID

H.Sercan Tunalı was born in Edirne/Turkey, in 1983. Due to his family’s business conditions, he travelled around Turkey, and had the chance to live in various cities. His studies began as a gifted student when he was accepted to an high school of fine arts in Antalya, in 1997. By the time he was majoring on painting, he attended a drama course in a state institution to widen his art vision. In 2001, he was admitted and ranked third to Anadolu University, Faculty of Fine Arts, to study Animation. During his education, he participated in many official exhibitions, made miscellaneous collaborations, and also worked in a student magazine as an illustrator and writer. Furthermore, he also joined in music club to play guitar. He organised traditional college parties. He worked like a leader as he dealed with every detail such as finding the sponsorships, designing the brochures and posters, arranging the music band, etc.

He was appreciated by a well-reputed literature magazine called “Varlık”. He tried to arrange a caricature competition among highschool students, but he could not find sponsorships to finance his project. He wrote beneficial suggestions to the newspapers in Turkey in order for them to improve their profit, and he was taken on board. He made an animation film for his senior project and it was appreciated and shown by many film festivals both domestic and international. He also found the love of his life by the help of this film. When he graduated from college, he went to Sydney/Australia both to study, and to participate as a supporter in some projects about character design and animation. He then came back to Turkey to kick his career start for a while, and he thinks to go Australia again to get the inauguration of his Animation Factory. (:

Hey, you have a picture of the world (Obviously), and it stretches horizontally; I forget what it's called. May I ask your permission to use it at the top of my website I'm making for a school project? I can say that it's by you, if you'd like, and I'm not claiming it as my own or anything; it's just, when I saw it, I really liked the design and I don't just want some picture of a president or map, that's boring.
